Choose the section that applies to you. Players can earn and use Memory Credits to share advertiser content. Advertisers apply for a specific business campaign, submit proof of payment, and wait for admin approval. Administrators approve the business application and release the campaign.
New accounts receive 10 Memory Credits once. Tenotemo never requires a deposit or withdrawal fee to receive player earnings.
Every 50 game points = 1 Memory Credit. Your recorded game points accumulate, and only points not previously converted can be used again.

You must provide accurate account information, keep your login secure and use Tenotemo lawfully. Do not use bots, duplicate accounts, manipulated scores, false sharing proof, impersonation, unlawful advertising or fraudulent referrals. Tenotemo may suspend affected features while investigating abuse.
Memory Credits are an in-platform participation unit, not cash. New accounts may receive a once-off welcome allocation. Daily Challenge and Top 50 credits follow the rules shown in the game. Every complete 50 eligible recorded game points may be converted once into 1 Memory Credit. Campaign participation may cost the Memory Credits displayed for that campaign.
Tenotemo Earn is optional and intended for adults aged 18+ for cash earning/payouts. Sharing rewards are subject to campaign funding, proof and verification. Provisional earnings are not payable until approved. Players do not need to deposit money, recruit people or pay a withdrawal fee to receive valid approved earnings. A payment request is available when eligible Earned earnings reach R20.00. Tenotemo may verify payment details and fraud indicators before paying.
Advertisers are responsible for lawful, accurate content and necessary permissions. Advertiser packages provide Advertising Credits. One V2 Advertising Credit funds one approved qualifying R1 sponsored publication. Tenotemo may moderate, reject, pause or remove unsuitable content. Spotlight exposure, clicks, shares, enquiries and sales are not guaranteed.
Tenotemo uses third-party technology and may link to advertiser or social-media services. Availability cannot be guaranteed. Any limitation of liability applies only to the extent allowed by South African law and does not remove non-excludable consumer rights.
Prices, payment methods and material conditions are displayed before relevant purchases or participation. Statutory consumer rights prevail. Material changes will be published with an updated effective date and will not retrospectively remove already verified earnings.

We process account details (such as username, email and authentication identifiers), game scores and timestamps, rankings, Memory Credits, game-point conversions, Spotlight and advertiser-campaign records, technical/security logs and support communications. If you use Tenotemo Earn we may also process campaign participation, sharing proof, provisional/earned/paid amounts and EFT payout details. Advertisers may provide trading details, campaign content and payment-proof images or PDFs.
We use personal information to create and secure accounts; operate games, rankings and credits; run Tenotemo Earn; verify sharing and payments; process payouts; administer advertiser packages; moderate content; prevent fraud; provide support; maintain records; and comply with law. Supply of basic account information is necessary to create an account. EFT details are voluntary unless you request a payout.
Authorised Tenotemo administrators and service providers may process information where necessary. Tenotemo currently uses services including Supabase and Vercel. We do not sell player contact lists to advertisers. Bank details, cash earnings, payment proof and sharing proof are not intended for public display.
Tenotemo does not claim access to your private WhatsApp messages, WhatsApp Status viewer lists, Facebook friend lists or address book merely because you use a Share feature. External social platforms and advertiser sites have their own privacy practices.
Information is kept only as long as reasonably necessary for service operation, lawful records, disputes, fraud prevention or legal obligations. Tenotemo applies access controls and security safeguards appropriate to the service. Some technology providers may process information outside South Africa; Tenotemo must apply the safeguards required by POPIA for applicable cross-border processing.
Subject to POPIA, you may request access or correction, request deletion where applicable, object to certain processing, withdraw consent where consent is the basis, and complain to the Information Regulator.
